Physical Specs and Compatibility

The RasterOps ColorVue SE is an SE (68000) PDS card compatible with the Macintosh SE running System 7.1.2 or earlier. It supports 8-bit (256 color) video on a standard Macintosh display.

Acceleration/Resolution/Color Support

The RasterOps ColorVue SE is unaccelerated and supports Apple and other 640 x 480 displays with Apple's old Mac video connector. There is no acceleration. In fact, it is slower than built-in video, as it works with 8 bits of date per pixel - "dirt slow" according to one user.

Not compatible with CPU accelerators for the SE.
