Terms of use; you'd think it was pretty obvious. We publish it; you're allowed to read it.

Not only that, you're encouraged to read it and invited to link to it on your own website or blog (see Open Link Policy).

We don't expect anyone to read this page, nor will we try to legally bind you to any specific terms or ask you not to visit the site if you don't like our terms of use. It's the Web; you can read it if you want to. However, there are copyright, trademark, netiquette, legal, and other issues everyone using the Web should be familiar with. This page has about as much legal standing as a shrink wrap license, but that doesn't mean you should ignore it. Good Web usage is good Web usage.
